About Me
My name is Lena Mendler. I am a licensed Physiotherapist (B. Sc.) and Osteopath based in Munich.
Physiotherapy forms the foundation of every treatment – complemented by osteopathic approaches. I am particularly dedicated to the multimodal care of patients with chronic pain.
My background as an athlete – I played volleyball in Germany’s 2nd Bundesliga South until 2020 – has shaped my philosophy: that activity is the key to a good quality of life in the long term.
To me, movement is the key to health and quality of life.

My Professional Journey
In 2016, I moved to Munich to start studying Physiotherapy. I passed the state examination in 2019 and successfully completed my Bachelor’s degree in 2020.
Since 2019, I have worked in a rehabilitation clinic specialising in orthopaedics and surgery. Until May 2025, I completed further training in Manual Therapy and Osteopathy alongside my clinical work in Munich.
In addition, as a Medical Specialist for Runners, I conduct running and movement analyses to detect signs of overuse at an early stage and improve running efficiency through targeted therapy and training interventions.
My next goal is to pass the Heilpraktiker examination, which will enable me to offer osteopathic treatments more comprehensively.
